Stella Dale has sold her property on 2200th Road in La Cygne, KS. The original "on location" auction date of March 21 was canceled in accordance with the County recommendations. As the owners had to vacate the property in preparation of closing the property sale, all items have been relocated to Semper Fi Auctions and are now being sold via 2 online auctions. This online auction is for the sale of equipment. Watch for another online auction with all other items.
Auctioners Note: 9% Buyers Premium on all items. Cash and Check accepted. Credit Card payments include an additional 5% procesing fee.

Auction Terms & Conditions The items are being offered on an “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” basis and no warranty or representations, expressed or implied, is made by the Seller or the auction company. Online bidding only starts March 22, 2020 and ends on Saturday, April 18 at 1 pm Central. By registering, all bidders acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by the Auction Terms and Conditions.
The successful bidder(s) will be contacted within 24 hours of the close of the auction (closes: Saturday, April 18, 2020 at 1 pm Central) to arrange payment and pick up of merchandise. There is a 9% Buyers Premium on all items and a 5% charge for use of credit cards. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, you can make arrangements to bring that payment to pick-up.
