Stella Dale has sold her property on 2200th Road in La Cygne, KS. The original "on location" auction date of March 21 was canceled in accordance with the County recommendations. As the owners had to vacate the property in preparation of closing the property sale. This online auction is for the sale their household and outdoor items.
Auctioners Note: 15% Buyers Premium on all items. Cash and Check accepted. Credit Card payments include an additional 5% procesing fee.

Auction Terms & Conditions The items are being offered on an “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” basis and no warranty or representations, expressed or implied, is made by the Seller or the auction company. Online bidding only starts April 11, 2020 and ends on May 8, 2020 at 1 pm Central. By registering, all bidders acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by the Auction Terms and Conditions.
The successful bidder(s) will be contacted within 24 hours of the close of the auction (closes: Friday, May 8, 2020 at 1 pm Central) to arrange payment and shipment/pick up of merchandise. There is a 5% charge for use of credit cards.

Payment will be accepted as cash, check and credit card. There is a 5% charge for use of credit cards. Payment will need to clear banks prior to the release of merchandise.

After payment clears, arrangements can be made to pick up items from La Cygne, Kansas.
Shipping is included for smaller items (10 pounds of less).
It a buyer chooses to have items shipped to their location, then the buyer will pay the cost of shipping in addition to the cost of the purchase. Shipping will be handled by the UPS Store - Semper Fi Auction Services will invoice buyer the shipping cost in addition the purchase price.
