This Log Cabin has been sold, and now they are seling all the beautiful furnishes from inside the cabin. All items are located in La Cygne, KS. Winning bidders will pick up the items from one of two locations in La Cygne, Kansas - details to be sent to winnig bidders. Anyone wanting to preview any items can contact Rick James at 913-594-2980 to make arrangements.
This auction closes at 1 pm Central on Friday, September 4, 2020. Note that items close one at a time and it will take approximately 30 minutes for the entire auction to close. If a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes, the bidding time will extend.
Auctioners Note: 15% Buyers Premium on all items. Cash and Check accepted (checks payable to Semper Fi Auction Services) . Credit Card payments include an additional 5% procesing fee. If shipping is needed, the cost of shipping will be added to your invoice.

Auction Terms & Conditions The items are being offered on an “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” basis and no warranty or representations, expressed or implied, is made by the Seller or the auction company. Online bidding only starts Saturday, August 8, 2020 and ends on Friday,September 4, 2020 at 1 pm Central. By registering, all bidders acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by the Auction Terms and Conditions.
The successful bidder(s) will be emailed within 4 hours of the close of the auction (closes: Friday, September 4, 2020 at 1 pm Central) to arrange payment and shipment/pick up of merchandise. There is a 5% charge for use of credit cards. Checks are to be made payable to Semer Fi Auction Services.

Payment will be accepted as cash, check and credit card. There is a 5% charge for use of creditcards. Checks and cash can be brought to pick up, checks should be made payable to Semper Fi Auction Services.

Items can be picked up at 19863 Valley Road; La Cygne, KS on Friday, September 4 from 5-8 pm, Saturday, September 5 from 10 am - 2 pm and Sunday, September 6 from 1 pm - 4 pm. Details will be emailed to winning bidders.
It a buyer chooses to have items shipped to their location, then the buyer will pay the cost of shipping in addition to the cost of the purchase. Shipping will be handled by the UPS Store - Semper Fi Auction Services will invoice buyer the shipping cost in addition the purchase price.
