This auction has almost 400 items including Antiques and Collectibles (Dolls, Glass and Furniture), Household/Kitchen and a few outdoor items. Onsite viewing of items will be: Saturday, February 13 from 10 am - 2 pm at 801 S. Broadway in Louisburg Kansas. If you live out of the area, please contact auctioneer Rick James via phone or text at 913-594-2980 to arranage a video viewing of select items. This auction will start closing on Thursday, February 18 at 7 pm Central - it will take approximately an hour and half to close the entire auction. If a bid is made in the last 2 minutes of an individual item closing, then that item will extend 2 more minutes. Until the price does not change for 2 minutes, at which time the winner can be determined. Bidders can place a "max" bid, this bid is sealed and allows the bidder to counter other bids without having to watch the auction closely. A new item will close every 12 seconds. You must place a credit card on file in order to be able to bid. This credit card will not be charged unless you instruct the auction company to do so. There is a 15% buyers premium on top of the sale price. Example: picture sells for $50 when 15% is added, the total price would be $57.50. A 5% processing fee is applied for credit card transactions, you can pay with the credit card you put on file or pay by check or cash at pickup. If shipping is needed, then shipping charges will be figured and added to the auction total.

Payment will be accepted as cash, check and credit card. There is a 5% charge for use of credit cards. Checks and cash can be brought to pick up, checks, should be made payable to Semper Fi Auction Services.
