Auction Terms & Conditions The items are being offered on an “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” basis and no warranty or representations, expressed or implied, is made by the Seller or the auction company. Online bidding starts Sunday, March 5, 2023 and begins closing on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 6 pm Central. This auction could take up to 4 hours to close. By registering, all bidders acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by the Auction Terms and Conditions.
The successful bidder(s) will be emailed within 3 hours of the close of the auction (begins closing: Thursday, March 30 at 6 pm Central) and will be given a link to schedule a pick up time. There is a 5% charge for use of credit cards. Cash and checks will be accepted at pickup.
